  4.   MINIHOST was written with simplicity in mind.  It is simple to use, and
  5. easy to setup.  It only requires 192K of memory,  and is small enough to be
  6. run from a floppy disk.  User entries are added and deleted using your
  7. favorite text editor.  The message base is a text file system, and messages
  8. must be maintained using your editor as well.  Any number of callers may
  9. call MINIHOST, but only 500 can be 'remembered' by the system.

  11. Registration fee: $25 hobby, $50 otherwise.

  15. MAXIHOST
  16. --------
  17.   MAXIHOST tries to maintain the text file message system, while providing
  18. a more robust optional message database system.   Many new features, like
  19. event scheduling, etc, were added.  Still simple to setup, it requires 384K
  20. of memory, and user entries are still added and deleted using your text
  21. editor.  It is also limited to 500 'remembered' callers.

  23. Registration fee: $29 hobby, $59 otherwise.  (note the small price increase)
  24. Upgrading for prior MINIHOST registrants optional is at $15.

  28. MEGAHOST
  29. --------
  30.   MEGAHOST now hosts a robust user database as well as a message database.
  31. While still maintaining ease of setup, support for the text based systems
  32. have been discontinued.  It requires 384K of memory, and logically supports
  33. up to 2 billion 'remembered' callers.  It can be driven from a batch file,
  34. thus supporting front end mailers.  Please Note: Future enhancements include
  35. support for multitasking.  Because the design, coding, and support of MEGAHOST
  36. is performed by a limited staff of one, the multitasking enhancement, although
  37. moving, is moving slowly.  Do not register MEGAHOST today if this is a real
  38. hot item in your priorities.
